This looks fascinating but unfortunately you only get to see it if you live within America's borders as a result of the surreal geo-political content copyright laws....in a very short space of time we are going to look back on this nation state restrictions with the same sense of incredulity we now reserve for overt slavery & tv channels that finished at midnight.
Hopefully there will be a torrent or Youtube/veoh rip of this doc and if I find it I will let you know.
