Synth Punk Beyond Devo

I remember purchasing this album at Beggars Banquet in Long Beach in 1984, needless to say I had NO IDEA what to expect , having no knowledge, of any of these artists at the time....One pivotal memory was the opening (note) of "Monsters" (Freaks And Creeps) not even knowing at the time it was the cover of a Cher song....Me and my friends, from that track through the next 13 selections on this L.P. literally blew our fucking minds;We had NEVER heard such twisted shit like this, with lyrics like "I was born beneath the muffler of a 65 Ford, My mother had to bite off my Umbilical cord" This to me, was TRUE ART!

We were HOOKED hooked after this!

..And through the years the album got stolen or loaned out and never returned...I dont know, until recently...I had the luck of aquiring this gem on ebay for an incredible price...Ive been beaming ever since!
